• Fill out and submit an Application for Admission form, available at any Kirkwood Community College center.
  
  
• Submit any transcripts from other colleges to Enrollment Services, Kirkwood Community College, P.O. Box 2068, Cedar Rapids IA 52406.
  
  
• Submit ACT or SAT test scores, or, if necessary, schedule a placement exam through Kirkwood.

• Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to select classes. Fill out a registration sheet and have the advisor sign it. If necessary, get an advisor clearance number (ACN) for early registration.
  
  
• Turn in your registration form to the Student Services office at the appropriate time, or register by K-Trac, Kirkwood’s automated phone-in system, 1-800-332-8833, or through Kirkwood's online registration site.
