Hills, located 5 miles south of Iowa City, is a town of just under 1,000. Though it is home to many people who communte to work in Iowa City,

Hills remains a community largely influenced by the agriculture that surrounds it.

Students in the area attend Hills Elementary, which is part of the Iowa City Community School District.
