Bobby Siberts of Iowa City is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter Dawn, to Jason Fowler, son of James and Diane Fowler of Riverside. The couple will be married on October 16 at Saints Peter and Paul Chapel in Solon. After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple will reside in North Liberty.
