You, our Press-Citizen readers have told us again & again that you want to tell your stories in your own words. We listened and now we are offering you the opportunity to describe and share those significant moments of your life.

Whether it be an announcement honoring 50 years of marriage and recalling your Parisian honeymoon in 1952, a personal description and photographs of your wedding, boasting about your child's accomplishments, or a heartfelt thank you to family and friends.

The following are guidelines and an online form to help ensure the publishing of your anniversary announcement! You may submit the form online or print it out and mail it to:

GUIDELINES: WEDDING, ENGAGEMENT, ANNIVERSARY

• Announcements will run in the Saturday Life Events page.

• Photos submitted with this form need to be at least 200 dpi with a 5 inch vertical dimension. Please save the flies in an IBM tiff or JPEG format. Submit photos in a separate e-mail addressed to: announcements@press-citizen.com, with a subject line indicating TYPE of announcement. Please include your name within the e-mail as well.

• Photos submitted in person may be picked up at the Press-Citizen, located at 1725 N. Dodge Street on the Monday following your announcement's publication. Additional copies of your newspaper will be delivered to you at this time.

• The deadline for all Life Events announcements is Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. for publication in the upcoming Saturday edition.

• Use first names in all instances. Parents should be listed by first and last names, not by Mr. and Mrs. If parents are divorced, please indicate.

• Payments: Announcements MUST be PRE-PAID BEFORE running. Please indicate at the end of your form if you will be mailing a check or using a credit card. Please see our rates listed below.

RATES: WEDDING, ENGAGEMENT, ANNIVERSARY

All packages include: Placement in Saturday Life Events section, online publication and 5 keepsake newspapers.

• Basic:	$10 - Includes basic information and does not include a photograph.
	Photo costs:	$15 for a 1x2 black/white photo
		$40 for a 2x4 black/white photo

• Custom:	$25 - Basic information plus additional custom information. Includes 1x2 photo, upgrade to 2x4 photo - $50

• Deluxe:	$50 - Basic and custom information plus an additional 100 words.
	You can determine the information ie. Description of gowns, cake, music selections, etc. Includes 1x2 photo, upgrade to 2x4 photo - $75
